Together, we tackle the conversations and challenges that need attention, strengthen how the team leads and works together, and turn the company’s biggest priorities and opportunities into clear, focused action.

CORE PARTNERSHIP
2 CEO/VP Strategy & Advisory Sessions Monthly
Two 90 minute sessions focused on strategy, priorities, leadership, people and culture, key decisions, current challenges, growth opportunities, and what matters most in moving the business forward.
•Up to 6 Individual Leadership Development Sessions Monthly
Private 1:1 sessions with key executives and leaders focused on their development, effectiveness, current challenges, leadership goals, and ability to lead their teams well. The number of participating leaders can be customized based on the needs and size of your leadership team.
Ongoing Executive Advisory Access
Direct access between sessions for the CEO and participating leaders when timely questions, decisions, challenges, or opportunities arise. Reasonable email and text communication is included as part of the monthly partnership, with responses typically provided within 1 to 2 business days.
• 1 Customized Leadership Team Training Quarterly
A focused training or workshop based on the needs of your leaders and organization. Topics may include leadership, communication, accountability, goal setting, team performance, sales, and other identified areas of development.
• Quarterly Strategic Review
A deeper quarterly look at where the organization is going, where it is today, and what needs to happen next. Using a structural tension approach, we’ll evaluate progress, identify the gaps between the current reality and desired results, and make sure the priorities, people, and actions are aligned to move the organization forward.

A facilitated 90 minute working session designed to get the leadership team out of the day to day and focused on what matters most. Sessions may include strategic priorities, team effectiveness, communication, accountability, current challenges, and opportunities for growth.
• Participation in 1 Key Leadership Meeting Monthly
An opportunity for me to observe the team in action and bring an experienced outside perspective to team dynamics, communication, priorities, decision making, and execution.
• 1 Customized Leadership Team Training Two - Monthly
