Your Customized Partnership May Include

  • Embedded Fractional Leadership

I become an embedded member of your leadership team, working alongside the CEO and key leaders for a dedicated amount of time each week. Unlike a traditional advisory engagement, this partnership allows me to step further into the organization, actively work alongside your team, and take on agreed-upon leadership, people, and strategic priorities.

The scope, time commitment, and areas of responsibility are customized based on the needs of your organization.

  • 2 CEO Strategy & Advisory Sessions Monthly

Focused time with the CEO around strategy, priorities, leadership, people and culture, key decisions, challenges, growth, and opportunities. A trusted, confidential space to think strategically, work through challenges, and gain an outside perspective.

• Up to 6 Individual Leadership Development Sessions Monthly

Private 1:1 sessions with key executives and leaders focused on their development, effectiveness, current challenges, leadership goals, and ability to lead their teams well. The number of participating leaders can be customized based on the needs and size of your leadership team.

  • Participation in Up to 2 Key Leadership Meetings Monthly

Observation, advising, and facilitation where an experienced outside perspective can help identify blind spots, strengthen communication, and improve team effectiveness.

  • Ongoing Executive Advisory Access

Direct access between sessions for the CEO and participating leaders when timely questions, decisions, challenges, or opportunities arise. Reasonable email and text communication is included as part of the monthly partnership, with responses typically provided within 1 to 2 business days.

• 1 Leadership Team Strategy & Development Session Monthly

A facilitated working session focused on the team’s most important priorities, opportunities, communication, accountability, and organizational needs. A space to step out of the day to day, focus on what will create the greatest impact, and turn priorities into focused action.

  • 1 Customized Leadership Team Training Monthly

A focused training or workshop based on the needs of your leaders and organization. Topics may include leadership, communication, accountability, goal setting, team performance, sales, and other identified areas of development.

  • Quarterly Strategic Review

A deeper quarterly look at where the organization is going, where it is today, and what needs to happen next. Using a structural tension approach, we’ll evaluate progress, identify the gaps between the current reality and desired results, and make sure the priorities, people, and actions are aligned to actually move the organization forward.

  • Customized based on the size of your leadership team and level of organizational support needed.
